We offer three main options: · An ex-works option where you can organise your own transportation, and depending on the size of the load, you can hire our staff to help load. · We can provide standard delivery Monday to Friday, typically a one-man drop assisted by your team. Limited to ground floor areas. · A comprehensive delivery and placement package is also available Once all items are ready for delivery, scheduling will be between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm and depends on our existing delivery commitments for that week or day.

We kindly ask customers to consider access to the premises, space for the items within the premises, and that staff will be present to receive the order (waiting fees may apply).

· Proforma basis: If your order is under a proforma basis, we will only begin processing once the payment is received. · Standard orders: For standard orders, processing starts once we receive a written order confirmation. · Processing times may vary depending on the type and size of the order, as well as the time of year · Times will also vary depending on stock availability, supplier lead times and order consolidation (for larger projects we wait until all items have arrived)

For hard floors we recommend felt slides to prevent damage and reduce noise when moving furniture. For carpets we use hard plastic slides to easier movement.
